• This promotion is open to new DeCard & DeCard Luminaries Visa users who successfully register and verify their account on App or Web during the campaign period.
• Only users who hold and use a Visa card to add funds are eligible. Other card networks are not eligible.
• The campaign is assessed in USD, and eligibility will be determined based on the USD equivalent value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Existing users or users who have previously received a DeCard welcome reward are not eligible.

2. Campaign Mechanics

• To unlock the Welcome Capsule Spin, users must tap on the "Join Now" button in the DeCard app and successfully add a minimum of US$100 to their DeCard account.
• The chance at the Welcome Capsule Spin is determined by a single transaction. (Accumulated amounts do not count.)
• The chance is limited to one per user during the campaign period.
• Once all requirements are fulfilled, the Welcome Capsule Spin will be available in the DePoints Rewards Catalog.

3. Reward Fulfillment

• Eligible users who successfully add the qualifying amount of US$100 to their DeCard for the first time will receive 1 chance at the Welcome Capsule Spin.
• Prizes include random cash rewards in denominations of US$2, US$5, US$10, US$20 or US$50. All results are determined by an automated system and are final.
• Cash credits are awarded instantly and will be reflected in the user’s DeCard account.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4. General Rules & Restrictions

• DeCard reserves the right to withhold, cancel or clawback rewards in cases of failed or reversed transactions, suspected misuse or policy violations.
• Fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise ineligible payment to card will be disqualified.

• DeCard may, at its sole discretion, verify the eligibility of any participant and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of DeCard.
• Additional fees, exchange rates, or network charges may apply depending on the user’s payment provider or platform.
• This promotion may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions.

• DeCard shall not be liable for any technical failures, errors, or delays in processing transactions or crediting rewards.
