Campaign Period: 8 January to 31 January 2026

1. Campaign Eligibility
- This promotion is open to new DeCard and DeCard Luminaries users who successfully verify their account on App or Web during the campaign period.
- Existing users or users who have previously received a DeCard welcome reward are not eligible.

2. Campaign Period
- The campaign runs from the launch date until further notice, or until the promotion is withdrawn at DeCard’s discretion.
- DeCard reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

3. How to Qualify
- Download the DeCard App and complete identity verification.
- Add a minimum amount of S$50 (Singapore Dollars) to your card within the campaign period.
- Once the Pay to Card transaction is successfully confirmed, the S$5 Welcome Bonus will be credited to your account within *1–3 business days.

4. Bonus Usage
- The Welcome Bonus may be used for spending through DeCard.
- The bonus is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any reversals may result in bonus removal if eligibility criteria are no longer met.

5. Limits & Restrictions
- Limit one (1) Welcome Bonus per user, device, and verified account.
- Add to Card or Pay to Card transactions made via fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity will not qualify.
- DeCard reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards in cases of suspected misuse, policy violation, or account irregularities.

6. Add to Card & Processing
- Only successfully completed Add to Card or Pay to Card transactions count toward eligibility.
- Processing times may vary based on payment method and verification status.
