DCS DeCard, a card and payments infrastructure platform powered by DCS Group, today announced that it has become a Mastercard issuer in Hong Kong, marking a significant milestone in its expansion of card issuing capabilities. Building on this development, DCS DeCard is launching DeCard Business Account, a new corporate card and spend management solution designed to give businesses greater visibility and control over company spending.

Launching first in Hong Kong, DeCard Business Account will enable mid-market and enterprise businesses to issue Mastercard corporate cards and centrally manage business spending through a single platform. Designed to support both employee and operational expenditure, the solution will help businesses manage expenses, billing, invoices and statements across use cases ranging from business travel and employee spending to advertising, media buying and procurement.

At launch, DeCard Business Account will offer USD-denominated corporate cards funded in USD. Combined with Mastercard's global acceptance network, this gives businesses a single USD balance they can use for spending across markets

Over time, DCS DeCard plans to expand DeCard Business Account into additional markets and introduce new capabilities, including treasury account management. The longer-term vision is to bring corporate spending and treasury management together within a single platform, giving businesses greater visibility and control over how company funds are managed and deployed.

The launch marks DCS DeCard’s next phase of growth, strengthening its card issuing capabilities while expanding from the infrastructure behind card programmes to a platform businesses can use directly. Its Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) offering remains the foundation for partners looking to build and operate their own card programmes, while DeCard Business Account provides a ready-to-use solution for mid-market and enterprise businesses to manage spending across their teams and operations.
