Membership fee
An annual membership fee of US$388 applies and cannot be waived. As DeCard Luminaries is an SGD-denominated card, the fee is charged in Singapore dollars, so the final amount may vary with the exchange rate applied at the time of posting.
How to get verified
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents verify with Singpass. Other pass holders and foreigners submit identity and proof of address documents, with in-app instructions guiding you through the details.
